Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role on Kronos Workforce Central application V7/8.0 in different modules like Workforce Integration Manager (Kronos), Custom Reports, Timecards and Pay policies.
Good experience in Documents creation which helps in estimating the testing effort required, test coverage, requirement tracking/tracing, etc.
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
Work with cross-functional teams to report bugs and errors to concerned teams to ensure quality throughout the process.
Proficient in writing and executing Test cases adhering to best engineering practices for different processes and scenarios based on requirement.
Defect tracking and preparation of defect reports and get them fixed working closely with concerned teams.
Self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with "time-critical" deadlines.
Good communication skills with ability to independently work in the team and coordinate with stake holders and the business.
Ability to work in a distributed team environment and take initiative to drive towards quality solutions with minimal supervision.

SQL – Good hands on knowledge on SQL, Triggers and Indexes, Stored Procedure and Functions
Knowledge on APIs and Oracle fusion/ HCM is a PLUS.
