Java Developer (MAS) Contract NEW

1.1.   Java Developer (Full Stack)

The developer is responsible to,

1. Independently develop and maintain a web application
   and related technologies
2. Implement both frontend and backend components of the
   web application
3. Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and
   implement solutions
4. Design and implement database schema and queries
5. Develop and implement search functionality
6. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
7. Perform testing and debugging
8. Participate in technical discussions with
   stakeholders

SKILLS SET AND TRACK RECORD

1. 3-5 years of experience in Java web application
   development
2. Strong expertise in Java/nodejs/Springboot framework
   for backend development
3. Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend
   frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
4. Experience in SQL and database design
5. Experience in implementing search functionality and
   optimization
6. Good understanding and completion of projects using
   waterfall/Agile methodology
7. Analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving
   skills
8. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
9. Motivated and self-driven, with ability to learn new
   concepts and tools in a short period of time
10. Team player with ability to collaborate effectively
    with stakeholders
11. Good written and verbal communication and
    interpersonal skills
12. Experience in automated testing and debugging
13. Interest in developing high-quality web applications
14. Knowledge in blockchain/smart contract is a plus
