IT Delivery Manager Contract

Delivery management experience of payment engine as Finastra- GPP or FIS – OPF or Volante-Volpay or ACI – Enterprise Payments Platform payment engine or Fiserv – Dovetail or Oracle – OBPM
Description:
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience as Project manager / Program Lead / Initiative Lead roles in Transactions Banking, Payment’s delivery programs
  • 20+ yrs experience and with solid handson in delivery management experience of payment engine as Finastra- GPP or FIS – OPF or Volante-Volpay or ACI – Enterprise Payments Platform payment engine or Fiserv – Dovetail or Oracle – OBPM
  • Managed several related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the project planning, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization.
  • Hands on in Payments & Cash Management Domain
  • Lead and deliver large payment HUB implementation program for a leading bank with responsibility for a definable segment of the implementation
  • Responsible for the translation of the client's complex business requirements into formal agreements.
  • Own & deliver outcome-based delivery programs with strict KPIs
  • Establish specific solutions, applications or processes which ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results
  • Working with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently working with, and leading others, in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing the client's solution
  • Responsible for operational adherence
  • Responsible for a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, and final delivery of Build Projects, Package Implementation or Managed Services
Questions for IT Delivery manager
  1. End to end delivery management of IT programs (preferably multi country implementation). Avoid CVs with Just Testing (these CVs can be diverted for testing roles) or just Infrastructure delivery management experience.
  2. Some payments domain exposure (search for key words like SWIFT, ISO20022, MEPS+ etc.). Note CARDS payment is a different sub-domain so that will ideally not work
  3. Must have handled large teams, must have delt with multiple stakeholders in a BANK.
