The Contractor shall provide the Services by deploying 1 competent personnel (“Personnelâ€) to support the ICT Training for Pupils and digital media works of the School.
Duration of Service
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
The Services required are set out as follows:
To design and implement an ICT Training Programme for P1-P6 pupils based on MOE Revised Baseline ICT standards. Please submit a sample of ICT plan and or lesson plan carried out in school(s) before. Experience with Student Learning Space (SLS) will be an advantage.
ICT Trainer need to work closely with HOD ICT to plan and implement ICT programme for pupils.
To work closely with HODs of the various departments and subject level representatives to run the ICT Training Programme and training schedule.
Assists in other ICT related matters, facilitating and preparing pupils for ICT related competitions during the non-coaching hours.
Must be capable of developing content resources for teaching purposes during non-coaching hours.
To assist with refreshing and renewing school’s website contents. Having basic/intermediate HTML knowledge would be an added advantage
To plan and carry out simple coding lessons to P3-P6 students for ICT club which incorporates SEL skills in students. The end product will be featured in school website and part of school’s activity.
The IT trainer will also need to assist the school to design and create media graphic posters and videos for school events during the non-coaching hours. Please submit samples of personal digital art piece(s) for reference.
To be in charge of photography and videography for school’s events and classroom lesson observations Proficiency in photo/video editing software and handling of photography equipment
To be able to work on weekend upon request (only during school’s major event such as Open House).
Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and
experience:
Have at least 3 year of experience in conducting similar ICT-related programmes in Singapore Primary Schools
Diploma in Infocomm and Technology / Multi Media / Graphic Design or of similar programme.
must be MOE-registered
The Personnel should also preferably have the following qualifications, skills and
experience:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Words, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Proficient with Google Suite apps for Education
Good command of English.
Good photography and videography skills. Prior experience in Photography or Video competitions is an advantage
Proficient in video and graphic editing software. Experience with graphic design is preferred.
Proficient with Isomer for website publication.
Familiar with Baseline ICT Skills and Digital Literacy and able to plan and design ICT lessons which incorporate SEL skills in students.
