We are seeking a contract Senior / System Analyst to provide functional support for our SAP Ariba platform. The role will focus on ensuring smooth daily operations, managing system enhancements and change requests (CRs), and overseeing application maintenance support (AMS). The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business users, vendors, and the SAP team to ensure Ariba continues to meet evolving business and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Support – Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP Ariba modules (Ariba Spend Management and Ariba Sourcing & Contract Management), resolving incidents and ensuring system stability.
Change Requests (CR) Management – Gather business requirements, coordinate with vendors/technical teams, and manage the end-to-end CR process.
AMS Oversight – Manage AMS activities, including issue tracking, SLA monitoring, and ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
Documentation & Compliance – Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and maintain system documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba functional support, CR management, and/or AMS.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP Ariba modules (mandatory).
Experience in supporting CRs and AMS in SAP environments.
Familiarity with procurement and finance processes, and their integration with Ariba (good to have).
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, testing, and UAT support.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently under contract arrangements.
Willingness to perform planned maintenance or support activities during non-office hours when required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. A diploma with equivalent proven experience will also be considered.
